What this is
Marts Road is a tool for choosing one clear goal and walking the road to it — projects, levels, tasks, routines. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Early access
The service is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed. We work hard not to lose your data, but during early access you shouldn't treat the app as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.
Your account
Sign-in is via Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (attacks, scraping, illegal content).
Your content
Everything you create in Marts Road stays yours. We claim no ownership and use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other people's data. Don't store content that's illegal where you live or where we operate.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
