Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026
The short version
We collect only what the app needs to work. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use third-party tracking. You can have everything deleted by sending one email.
What we collect
- Account info — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Your content — the goals, projects, tasks, routines, notes, and images you create in the app. That's the product; it has to be stored to exist.
- Waitlist email — if you join the waitlist, we store the email you typed and nothing else.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing your data with advertisers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
- No emails beyond what you asked for (waitlist updates, account essentials).
Where your data lives
Everything is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and file storage), served from their global edge network. Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth — we never see or store your password.
AI features
Some features can generate text or media with AI. When you explicitly use one, the text you submitted for that request is processed by our AI providers to produce the result. Nothing is sent to AI providers in the background.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new effective date.
